Healthcare 1st choice ltd is a caring supportive care provider who support our service users who range from young adults to the elderly and all in between. They can have complex needs or maybe just require a small amount of support, we are able to provide as little or as much care and support as you need. We cover Shropshire and the West Midlands providing person centred care, support and respite for all who need it. With the care being person centred we make sure the care provided is unique to you, not one that fits all approach, so you will be empowered in making your own choices and decisions.

We take referrals from local authorities, social workers and family members. This can be done by phone, email or visiting one of our branches where the staff will take time to talk through your requirements to make sure you get the best person centred care to suit your needs.
